We hope you'll be 100% satisfied with your Elf-A-Wear purchase.  If you find our products don't meet your expectations for any reason, return the unworn/unused items in their original package, with their original receipt within 14 days for a full refund. Unfortunately, shipping costs are not refundable.

We use the United States Postal Service 2 - 3 day Priority Shipping for our delivery needs. Standard shipping will be used unless otherwise specified. Your package will be on its way to you within 2 business days of your order.  If for any reason we are not able to ship to you in that time frame, we will notify you by e-mail to inform you of the delay and give you the option of cancelling the order.
